Secret Services: Your very own pocket concierge is dispatched by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday morning at a current cost of £2.38 per book. Stock permitting, if your order is placed by 5.00 p.m. deliveries within the UK will normally be made within 5 working days. We will notify you by e-mail if there is any delay to your order.

We want you to be delighted with your Secret Services: Your very own pocket concierge and try to ensure your book arrives in perfect condition. Any claims for damage should be made in writing within 7 working days. Goods which are found to be damaged on receipt can be returned free of charge for a replacement.

Goods must be returned, unused and in original packaging, within 7 working days for a refund to: Fab Publishing, 1 Evesden, The Forest, London, E11 1PJ. We recommend that you return items by registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us. Original delivery charges are not refundable.

Currently orders are dispatched by Royal Mail for a cost of £6.46 per book in Zone A and B and Europe £3.50. Delivery within the UK, depending on stock, is usually delivered within Five working days. International Deliveries are usually delivered within seven to ten working days.

All orders delivered outside the UK are classified, for postal charges, under Europe, World Zone A and World Zone B. If you wish to know what zone your country falls into please email us or ask at your local post office.

When delivering from the UK to an International address the goods may be subject to local import custom and excise duty, which you are responsible for paying. This does not apply to countries within the EC.
